FEES AND AVAILABILITY

I OFFER WEEKLY SESSIONS OF 50-90 MINUTES DURATION AND OFFER ONE TO ONE COUNSELLING/EMDR THERAPY SESSIONS AS FACE TO FACE, ONLINE OR FOR COUNSELLING ADDITIONALLY VIA THE TELEPHONE WHICH ARE DESIGNED TO SUIT YOUR INDIVIDUAL NEEDS

I FULLY APPRECIATE HOW DIFFICULT IT CAN BE TO TAKE THE FIRST STEP TO REACH OUT FOR HELP AND HOPE THAT I CAN SUPPORT YOU ON YOUR JOURNEY TO MAKE A POSITIVE CHANGE IN YOUR LIFE.

THERAPY SESSION COSTS

Contact me for Therapy sessions costs which are £50 per session. For EMDR Therapy sessions which have been extended to 90 minutes duration an additional fee of £20 will be charged.

I work with Trainee Counsellors/Students aged 18 and over and Adult Individuals.

Counselling/EMDR Therapy sessions are delivered as either

face to face, online via digital media platforms or for

Counselling additionally via the telephone across

the United Kingdom offering both short and long term sessions.

My rate can be negotiated and some concessions are available.

I aim to work with you as I truly believe that therapy should not be out of reach for anyone.
